2. In-Person Consultation

• Cost:$50 Fee (invoiced upon scheduling).

• Required for: Any project needing permits or estimated to cost over $1,000.

• No Guarantee on Price: All virtual and in-person quotes/estimates are preliminary. The final price is not guaranteed until a full site survey is completed.

• Prices Subject to Change: Final prices may change based on the definitive project scope and site assessment.

• The $50 consultation fee will be fully credited to your final invoice if you hire us for any job valued at $500 or more.
