Tier 1: GSPN Referral Affiliate
Benefit for Partner: Earn revenue for qualified leads without direct involvement in GHPS service sales or management. Leverages their existing client base.
Benefit for GHPS: Gains qualified leads from trusted sources, expanding market reach. Enhances our "One-Stop Shop" value by connecting clients with vetted providers.
Tier 2: GSPN Certified Provider
A collaborative partnership where GHPS provides targeted sales and marketing support for the SP's services. The SP delivers these GHPS-sold jobs at an agreed "partner rate," and GHPS and the SP share in the profit generated.
GHPS Role:
Provide some targeted sales, lead generation, and marketing for the SP’s services through GHPS channels.
Sell the SP's service directly to GHPS clients.
Partner (SP) Role:
Provide their specialized services to GHPS for GHPS-sold jobs at an agreed-upon "job at cost" partner rate.
Maintain high-quality standards and professionalism consistent with GHPS expectations.
Retain full autonomy over their own independent sales and marketing efforts for non-GHPS-generated business.
Financial Model (for GHPS-sold jobs):
GHPS sells the SP's service at a retail price to the end client
Branding: SP operates under their own brand; GHPS promotes them as a "GHPS Certified Service Partner."
Tier 3: GSPN Integrated Solutions Partner
A deeper, operationally integrated partnership. GHPS provides consistent, dedicated sales and co-marketing. The SP's services become a more seamless part of the GHPS offering, requiring system integration and SP-provided training for GHPS teams.
GHPS Role:
Provide consistent and dedicated sales, lead generation, and co-marketing for the SP's services.
Actively sell, schedule, and manage the client-facing aspects of the SP's service delivery, potentially coordinated by GHPS's Project Management division.
Market the SP's brand and expertise as a "Preferred & Integrated GHPS Partner."
Partner (SP) Role:
Must integrate operationally with relevant GHPS field service management (FSM) and/or CRM systems.
Provide comprehensive service training on their offerings to relevant GHPS personnel (e.g., Sales, Project Management).
Provide their services to GHPS for GHPS-sold jobs at an agreed-upon "job at cost" partner rate.
Give Top Priority to service requests originating from GHPS.
May continue their own independent sales efforts but with close coordination with GHPS.
Financial Model (for GHPS-sold jobs):
GHPS sells the service to the end client.
Ideal For: High-quality SPs seeking significant, managed growth and deeper integration with a strong sales, marketing, and project coordination partner, while still promoting their own brand alongside GHPS.
Tier 4: GSPN Strategic Alliance (Exclusive Sales Partner)
The highest level of strategic partnership. GHPS becomes the exclusive sales, marketing, and project management arm for the SP's offerings within a defined territory. The SP's services are delivered as fully GHPS-branded solutions.
GHPS Role:
Assumes all responsibility for sales, lead generation, and marketing of the SP's specific services within the agreed territory, leveraging its entire Customer Experience division (Marketing, Lead Gen, Sales teams).
Markets the SP's services primarily under the GHPS brand as a GHPS-delivered solution, executed by our "Exclusive Service Partner."
Manages the entire client relationship, project planning, scheduling, and financial aspects.
Partner (SP) Role:
Focuses exclusively on delivering their specialized service(s) at the highest quality for all jobs sold by GHPS within the territory.
Provide their services to GHPS for all relevant jobs at an agreed-upon "job at cost" partner rate.
Full integration with GHPS's FSM, CRM, and all relevant operational systems.
Provide extensive and ongoing training to GHPS teams.
GHPS service requests receive Top Priority Service use.
Agrees that no one else (including the SP themselves or other third parties) will sell their service within the designated GHPS territory (exclusivity).
Financial Model (for ALL relevant services sold by GHPS in territory):
GHPS sells the service to the end client.
Profit (Retail Price - SP's "Job at Cost" Partner Rate to GHPS) is split 80% to GHPS / 20% to the SP.
Ideal For: Best-in-class SPs who excel at high-quality service delivery and wish to completely outsource their sales, marketing, and client/project management overhead to a dedicated partner, enabling them to focus solely on their craft and achieve rapid, managed scale through GHPS's sales engine.
